These terms govern your access to and use of the kausframe.com marketing site, the Kausframe product at kausframe.io, and any other services we make available under the Kausframe name (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Kausframe Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number TBC). By using the Service, you accept these terms.

Availability and changes

The Service is offered by invitation and under active development. Functionality may change without notice, may be unavailable, may lose or corrupt data, and may be removed entirely. Do not rely on the Service for critical operational data without a separate written arrangement.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current.

Your content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service — briefs, frames, comments, attachments, and any other material. You grant Kausframe Ltd a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you and your workspace members.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the content you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights
• upload malware, harassment, or content that is unlawful or harmful
• attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access
• interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' use of it
• scrape, mirror, or resell the Service without our written consent

Fees

The Service is currently provided without charge. Paid plans will be introduced separately and governed by an additional subscription agreement at that point. We will not bill you without your separate, explicit consent.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing hello@kausframe.com. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. We will give reasonable notice except where doing so would cause harm.

Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kausframe Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability in connection with the Service is limited to £100. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We will update these terms when our practices change. The "Last updated" line at the top is the canonical version date. We will give reasonable notice of material changes through the product or by email.
